Aralco POS has limit settings for the number of days after purchase allowed for a cash refund, and once exceeded, only store credit is allowed (credit note issued by the POS. Managerial override at the POS is required to authorize the refund in cash.

Store managers can make it an in-store policy not to refund in cash to customers so that refunded values stay within the business. They can choose any of the two other options for non-cash refund as follows, besides above store credits
