Aralco's Recurring Charges software module allows you to preset customer accounts that need to be invoiced or billed for services or purchasing products via subscription plans recurring once a month, quarterly or yearly being user-definable frequencies in the back-office systems.
Auto-generate invoices for recurring
purchases of goods and services
This module auto-generates the recurring invoices from a designated Aralco POS and it will email the invoice automatically to each customer on a permanent schedule with the option to set number of days in advance prior to the billing due date.
