Wavetec installs Queue Management System and
Digital Signage Solutions at Capital Health Screening Centre
The queuing solution being implemented at the Mubadala Capital Health Screening Centre is unique in its kind. The patients will arrive at the centre and will find a self service touch-screen interactive kiosk that will guide them to a specific area.
The Wavetec Enterprise Solution is currently integrated with the Patient Information System. The automated system also takes into account the online appointments made by the patients. The system will also recognize walk-in patients and will allow different levels of priority.
Once the patient has entered the flow of the clinic, the doctors or the nurses can see the previous reports of the patient as soon as they are about to call them. The management has access to more than 30 reports to evaluate their staff performance.
Capital Health Screening Centre is a very prestigious client of Wavetec’s. Wavetec has provided CHSC with a completely automated electronic queue management system according to the flow defined by the centre.
