Specially developed to enhance data flow, the franchise option delivers the desired data flow between the franchisor headquarters and the franchise point of sales systems.
Aralco software addresses the many differences that exist between the standard “corporate owned” and “franchisee-owned” branch operations.
The franchisor can:
- Create product information on their system which would then be communicated automatically to the franchisee’s back office and on to their POS machines. Sales information recorded at each POS device will be sent to the franchisee’s back office.
- Configure franchisee’s back office system to send all the sales data from each of their POS systems on to the franchisor’s main server for reporting purposes.
- Configure other data and information such as suppliers, regional taxes and more, and send it from the franchisor to the franchisees' POS
- Configure customer information to be “optionally” sent from all franchisee’s systems to the franchisor for customer analysis.
- Offers the option to view the franchisee’s data and be able to report on their activities.
- Allows franchisees the option to input their own suppliers and products outside the range created by the franchisor. Franchisees can choose to retain this information on their systems without it being sent to the franchisor.
- Each franchisee can have one or more POS systems and can have an unlimited number of stores within their own group, all of which will send information to both the franchisee’s and franchisor’s systems.
- Real-time data polling between each location is completely automated without any operator intervention required. The communication method is similar to the “fail-safe” communication method used in the “standard” Aralco Retail System.
