This position offers insights of retail operations and challenges of retailers who seek IT solutions to drive up their business capability. With our Retail Solutions, they can achieve high efficiency, full visibility from back office to stores and E-commerce to meet their bottom line quickly. 

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn about enterprise software applications from inventory, CRM, finance and POS for single and chain-store to E-commerce on a single retail database platform.

As a member of our team, you have a shared responsibility to ensure our integrated Retail IT software solutions are rolled out in a timely manner, and to clients' satisfaction.

The job scope involves conducting Back Office and POS training for users and post implementation support services for our existing and new clients, as well as understanding and managing their expectations. Subsequently upon acquiring the industry and product knowledge as deemed satisfactorily by the Management, candidates will move on learning about sales and demonstration skills on our Retail Systems.





  • Minimum ITC in Computer Information Technology or Engineering 
  • Those without qualification must possess equivalent relevant working experience in retail or POS
  • Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Windows Operating Systems
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality 
  • Able to perform customer support duties after office hour and weekends (retail hours) on rotation basis


Training will be provided on our Retail Management which covers Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, POS software systems, and building analytics including point of sale hardware peripherals for our clients.
