Kerrisdale Cameras

A British Columbia landmark since 1961, Kerrisdale Cameras, with 7 stores across Vancouver and Victoria, is a photographer’s dream.  With everything photo-related from the latest digital cameras to the widest selection of used lenses, managing inventory can also be an accountant’s biggest headache.  Since 1990, Bob Hudson, president of Kerrisdale Cameras, and the rest of his staff have relied on Aralco software to manage the store inventory and provide accurate information to their accounting department.

Garphil Enterprise

Garphil Enterprise had been using a local retail system with 3 pos terminals connected to a main database over LAN in the store.

Unfortunately the system is more than 5 years without software upgrade or bug fix available. The business owner, Mr Gary Goh had to source for a solution.

After intensive sourcing and meetings with POS vendors, Mr Goh selected IRMCS to roll out Aralco Retail Management and POS systems that is not only comprehensive in features needed for the business but also a fail-safe and real-time solution.

Stereo Electronics

For a few years, Stereo Electronics had been using a real-time accounting-based POS/server systems and had many limitations for in-store retail operations and retail business analysis.

The main critical issue was whenever there is a disconnection to the Internet, all their POS systems ceased to function - without the server. With plans for expansion, Stereo Electronics needed to overcome these problems. They began sourcing for a real-time yet fail-safe business solutions meant for retailers.
